About 51/50
Built on a methodology of tracking what works, then improving on it.
Progress is rarely linear. It comes through failure, adaptation, patience, discipline, and the willingness to step beyond what we believe we are capable of. The goal is not perfection. It is evolution.
Our Mission
Through the pursuit of strength, we learn to confront our limitations, embrace discomfort, and recognize that the person we are today does not have to be the person we become tomorrow.
Our Methodology
We collect data and improve upon it. Every athlete’s training is tracked, reviewed, and adjusted. Progress isn’t guesswork here, it’s measured; whether you’re chasing a competition total or just trying to move better than you did last month.

Coach Craig
Craig Rintoul founded Fifty-One Fifty Sports Performance in 2017 and has led it ever since. He holds a BS in Exercise and Wellness, and is certified CrossFit Level 1 and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
Craig built his coaching philosophy on years of competitive Olympic Weightlifting experience, including appearances at the Collegiate Nationals (2007–2010), the American Open (2008, 2010–2014), and the National Championships (2012–2013). That competitive background now shapes how he coaches — he’s guided numerous athletes to national and Olympic-level Weightlifting competition.
